A Mixed Martial Arts based High Intensity Interval Training Fitness program for everyone!

A 35 minute H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) MMA based circuit training program, that breaks up the monotony of leg day, arm day, and the use of the same old machines every week.

We use a variety of fun workouts for every training session, catered to help you meet your individual objectives. You will also learn the basics of boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) that can be used as self-defense techniques, or tools to help you achieve your fitness goals.
